We have tried tutoring before. What changes here? +
We start with what helped and where your child still feels stuck. The diagnostic gives a real starting point, and the plan is built from it — not from a generic scheme.
How do you make sure the tutor is a good fit? +
We match on subject and how your child learns. If it isn’t working, tell us and we’ll re-match at no extra charge.
What does it cost, and how does billing work? +
From £129 per month, billed monthly, with scope and price confirmed before enrolment. Monthly plans end with one month’s written notice. See our full terms.
Can support be tailored for SEND? +
Tell us about your child’s needs on the call. Where we can support safely, we’ll look for a tutor with relevant experience.
What if the time I booked no longer suits? +
Your confirmation email has a reschedule link, or reply to any message and we’ll move it. If no listed time works, choose “we’ll call to arrange”.
Will my child reach a particular grade? +
We don’t promise a grade — outcomes depend on the starting point, time and engagement. What we commit to is the process: assess, prioritise, teach, practise, review.

What we collect
When you complete our enquiry form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and details about your child including their year group, subjects, and academic situation. This information is used solely to provide and improve our tutoring services and to contact you regarding your enquiry.
If you actively opt in to text messages, we may send a short series of personalised follow-ups about your enquiry and booking an academic review. You can withdraw that consent at any time by replying STOP, and your mobile number will be added to our SMS suppression list.
How we use your data
Your data is used to respond to your enquiry, match your child with an appropriate tutor, and keep you updated on your child's progress. We do not sell or share your data with third parties outside of the Exceed Tutoring team and your child's assigned tutor.
Data storage
Your data is stored securely within our CRM system. We retain your data for as long as you are an active client or enquirer, and for up to 12 months after the end of any engagement.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time. To make a request, contact us at info@exceedtuition.com.

Terms & Conditions
By enrolling with Exceed Tutoring, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
Billing
After any applicable statutory cancellation period, an open-ended monthly plan may be ended with one month's written notice. Notice takes effect when received; fees properly falling due during that period remain payable and the service remains available. Full consumer rights and cancellation details are in the current Terms of Service.
Sessions
Sessions are arranged directly between the parent, student, and assigned tutor. Exceed Tutoring reserves the right to reassign tutors where necessary to ensure the best outcome for the student.
Conduct
Exceed Tutoring reserves the right to end an engagement where a student or parent acts in a way that is disrespectful or harmful to a tutor or member of the Exceed team.
